Start the treatment better after showering and with dry skin. Start with The Scrub by vigorously massaging the thighs and hips in circular movements. This first step is very important to prepare the skin for the application of the mud. Remove the scrub residue from the skin with a damp sponge and dry it well. Lightly warm The Mud by rubbing the pack with both hands or keep it in a warm place for a few minutes (but do not place it on direct heat sources). Use your hands to spread the mud along the legs, also on the inside, hips and buttocks. Cover the parts where you spread the mud with film and/or cartene and leave for 20 to 30 minutes. Finally remove the film or cartene and rinse with plenty of lukewarm water, removing all residue thoroughly. Complete the treatment with a few drops of Bellyserum. We recommend concentrating on one area at a time for maximum effect. Massage the skin well until completely absorbed. You can also use Bellyserum on its own several times a week.
